أ- يحظر على المطبوعةالمتخصصة الكتابة في غير المجال المرخص به او تغيير موضوع
تخصصها دون الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من الوزير بناء على توصية من المدير.
ب- يجب على كل مطبوعة متخصصة تزويد الهيئة بثلاث نسخ عند صدور كل عدد من أعدادها.
