يجب ان يكون لكل مطبوعة متخصصة مدير مسؤول تتوافر فيه الشروط التالية:
أ- ان يكون أردنياً.
ب- ان يكون حاصلاً على مؤهل علمي ذي علاقة مباشرة بموضوع تخصص المطبوعة او لديه
خبرة معتمدة في
ذلك الموضوع لا تقل عن خمس سنوات يقبلها الوزير بناءً على توصية المدير.
ج- ان لا يكون محكوماً بجناية او جنحة مخلة بالشرف والاخلاق العامة.
