Article text
أ- يفقد رئيس التحرير في المطبوعة الصحفية صفته في أي من الحالات التالية :-
1 - الاستقالة
2 ( - فقد احد الشروط المنصوص عليها في الفقرة )أ( من المادة 23 . ) من هذا القانون
- ب 1 - اذا شغر منصب رئيس التحرير او تغيب عن مركز عمله لاي سبب ولاي مدة فعلى مالك
المطبوعة الصحفية تكليف من يقوم بعمله ممن تتوافر فيه الشروط المطلوبة ولمدة لا تتجاوز
شهرين واعلام المدير بذلك .
2 - اذا لم يعد رئيس التحرير لعمله فعلى مالك المطبوعة الصحفية تعيين رئيس تحرير آخر والا
. اعتبرت المطبوعة الصحفية مخالفة لشــروط ترخيصها
ج- في حال غياب رئيس التحرير الاصيل او من يقوم بعمله يعتبر مالك المطبوعة الصحفية او
مصدرها مسؤولاً مسؤولية كاملة عما ينشر فيها الى ان يباشر رئيس التحرير الجديد عمله .
