أ- يتولى المدير اتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة لتسهيل ادخال المطبوعات التي تصدر في الخارج الى
المملكة وتوزيعها .
ب- اذا تضمنت أي مطبوعة صادرة خارج المملكة ما يخالف احكام هذا القانون فللمدير ان يوقف
ادخالها او توزيعها في المملكة او ان يحدد عدد النسخ التي يسمح بتوزيعها على ان يتقدم الى
المحكمــــة ، وبصورة عاجلة ، بطلب اصدار قرار مستعجل بمنع ادخالها او توزيعها او تحديد عدد
النسخ الموزعة الى حين صدور قرار نهائي بهذا الشأن .
