أ- لا يجوز لرئيس التحرير ان ينشر مقالاً لأي شخص باسم مستعار الا اذا قدم له كاتبه اسمه
الحقيقي.
ب- اذا نشرت أي مطبوعة تحقيقات صحفية او أخباراً تعود لأي جهة مقابل أجر فيترتب على
المطبوعة الاشارة فيها بصورة واضحة وصريحة الى أنها اعلان .
