اذا امتنعت الجهة المسؤولة عن أي مطبوعة تصدر خارج المملكة وتوزع فيها عن نشر الرد او
( التصحيح وفقا لاحكام المادة 27 ) من هذا القانون فللمتضرر ملاحقة المطبوعة المسؤولة او
مراسلها او من يمثلها في المملكة قضائيا حسب مقتضى الحال .
