( لرئيس تحرير المطبوعة الصحفية ان يرفض نشر الرد او التصحيح الذي يرده استناداً للمادة 27 )
من هذا القانون في اي من الحالات التالية:
أ- اذا كانت المطبوعة الصحفية قد صححت الخبر او المقال قبل ورود الرد او التصحيح اليها بصورة
دقيقة وكافية.
ب- اذا كان الرد او التصحيح موقعاً بامضاء مستعار او من جهة غير معنية او مكتوباً بلغة غير
اللغة التي حرر بها الخبر او المقال.
ج- اذا كان مضمون الرد او التصحيح مخالفاً للقانون او النظام العام او منافياً للاداب العامة.
د- اذا ورد الرد بعد مرور شهرين على نشر الخبر أو المقال.
