لا تسري أحكام هذا القانون المتعلقة بالمطبوعات المحظور ادخالها على ما تستورده منها
المؤسسات الحكومية و الجامعات ومراكز البحث العلمي على ان تؤخذ موافقة المدير المسبقة
على ادخالها وتوضع في أماكن خاصة لاستخدامات البحث العلمي.
