-: على مالك المطبعة او مديرها المسؤول بما في ذلك مطابع الصحف التقيد بما يلي
أ- الاحتفاظ بسجل يدون فيه أسماء المطبوعات الدورية وعدد النسخ من كل مطبوعة يتم
طباعتها.
ب- الاحتفاظ بسجل يدون فيه بالتسلسل عناوين المؤلفات التي يطبعها وأسماء أصحابها وعدد
النسخ المطبوعة من كل منها.
ج- ان يبرز للمدير او من يفوضه هذه السجلات اذا طلب الاطلاع عليها.
د- ان يـودع لدى الهيئة نسختين من كل مطبوعة غير دوريــة تطبــع لديــه .
