أ-يحظر على المطبوعة الصحفية نشر محاضر التحقيق المتعلقة بأي قضية قبل احالتها الى
المحكمة المختصة الا اذا اجازت النيابة العامة ذلك .
ب-للمطبوعة الصحفية حق نشر محاضر جلسات المحاكم وتغطيتها ما لم تقرر المحكمة غير
ذلك حفاظاً على حقوق الفرد او الاسرة أو النظام العام او الآداب العامة .
ج- تنطبق احكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة على مراسلي وسائل الإعلام الخارجية وتطبق عليهم
( العقوبات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة )ج( من المادة 46 ) من هذا القانون.
