يحظر على مالك اي مطبوعة صحفيةاو رئيس التحرير اومدير التحرير وأي صحفي عامل بها واي
كاتب اعتاد الكتابة فيها
ان يتلقى او يقبل بحكم ملكيته لتلك المطبوعة او ارتباطه او علاقته بها اي معونة او هبة مالية
من اي جهة أردنية او
غير أردنية.
