يحظر على كل من المطبوعة المتخصصة ودار الدراسات والبحوث او دار قياس الرأي العام او كل
من اعتاد العمل فيها تلقي او قبول اي معونة او مساعدة او هبة مالية او تمويل من أي جهة
أردنية او غير اردنية ولايشمل ذلك تمويل المشاريع المشتركة او الدراسات او الأبحاث التي يوافق
عليها الوزير.
