Article text
يعتبر حامل السند الإلكتروني صاحب الحق في سند قابل
للتحويل ومخولاً بالحقوق والدفوع التي يتمتع بها حامل السند
العادي وفقاً لأي تشريع نافذ إذا كان هذا السند مستوفياً لجميع
شروطه ما لم يتم الاتفاق على غير ذلك.
