لا يجوز الحجز على حق المؤلف في اي مصنف غير انه يجوز الحجز على نسخ المصنف التي تم
نشرها ولا يجوز الحجز على المصنف
الذي يتوفى مؤلفه قبل نشره، الا اذا ثبت انه كان قد وافق على نشره قبل وفاته.
