Article text
أ- للمؤلف ان يتصرف بحقوق الاستغلال المالي لمصنفه ويشترط في هذا التصرف ان يكون
مكتوبا و ان يحدد فيه صراحة وبالتفصيل
كل حق يكون محلا للتصرف مع بيان مداه و الغرض منه ومدة الاستغلال و مكانه.
ب- يحق للشخص الذي نقل له حق الاستغلال المالي للمصنف وفقا لاحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه
المادة ، ان يمارس جميع الحقوق
التي آلت اليه بما في ذلك نقل هذه الحقوق الى الغير.
