ان نقل ملكية النسخة الاصلية من مصنف او نسخه و حيدة او عدة نسخ منه الى الغير لا يتضمن
نقل حق المؤلف على هذا المصنف
الى ذلك الغير ولا يكون ملزما بتمكين المؤلف من نسخها او نقلها او عرضها مالم يتم الانفاق
على غير ذلك.
