لا يترتب على حق مؤلف المصنف الفوتوغرافي منع الغير من اخذ صورة او اكثر لذات الشيء
موضوع المصنف ولو اخذت الصورة
او الصور الجديد من المكان نفسه وفي الظروف نفسها التي اخذت فيها الصورة الفوتوغرافية
الاولى للمصنف.
