لا يجوز للصحف والنشرات الدورية نقل الروايات المسلسلة و القصص القصيرة وغيرها من
المصنفات التي تنشر في
الصحف والنشرات الدورية الاخرى دون موافقة مؤلفيها على انه يجوز للصحف ان تنقل ما ينشر
في الصحف الاخرى من المقالات
ذات الطابع الاخباري السياسي والاقتصادي والديني التي تشغل الرأي العام الا اذا ورد في
الصحيفة التي نشرت فيها تلك
المقالات ما يحظر نقلها صراحة ويشترط في جميع الحالات الاشارة الى المصدر الذي نقلت منه.
