يجوز للصحف وغيرها من وسائل الإعلام ان تنشر دون اذن المؤلف الخطب والمحاضرات
والاحاديث و غيرها من المصنفات المماثلة
التي تلقى علنا او توجه الى العامة ، و يشترط في جميع هذه الحالات ان يذكر المصنف ومؤلفه
على ان لمؤلف اي من هذه المصنفات
نشره في مطبوع واحد او بأية طريقة أو صورة اخرى يختارها.
