لمؤلف مصنفات الفن التشكيلي الاصلية المخطوطات الموسيقية والادبية والاصلية او ورثته
الحق في المشاركة في
حصيلة كل عملية بيع بالمزاد العلني لهذه المصنفات تلي اول تنازل عنها يجريه المؤلف و يحدد
النظام شروط ممارسة هذا
الحق و نسبة المشاركة في حصيلة البيع وكيفية تحصيلها ويعتبر باطلا اي اتفاق او ترتيب يعقد
او يجري بصورة تخالف احكام
هذه المادة ، على انه يشترط في ذلك ان لا يسري هذا الحكم على مصنفات فن العمارة والفنون
التطبيقية.
