يكون كل من مؤلف المصنف والناشر له وصاحب المطبعة التي طبع فيها والمنتج والموزع له
مسؤولا عن إيداعه، كما يكون المستورد
لأي مصنف ومن هو في حكمه مسؤولا عن أيداع المصنف الذي طبع أو نشر أو أنتج خارج المملكة
لمؤلف أردني.
