( مع مراعاة أحكام المادة 45 ) من هذا القانون يخضع لأحكام الايداع المنصوص عليها في هذا
القانون كل مصنف ينشر او
يطبع في المملكة لمؤلف اردني او غير أردني كما يخضع لهذه الاحكام كل مصنف ينشر او
يطبع خارج المملكة لمؤلف اردني اذا
تم توزيعه داخلها ، على ان يتم الايداع في المركز دون مقابل قبل عرض المصنف للبيع او التوزيع
في المملكة ، وان تكون
النسخ المودعة مطابقة للمصنف من جميع الوجوه و من اجود النسخ المنتجة و يخضع المصنف
عند اعادة طبعه لاحكام الايداع
بموجب هذا القانون
