يكون كل من المؤلف للمصنف إذا كان كتابا، وناشره وصاحب المطبعة التي طبع فيها مسؤولا
عن تثبيت بيانات الفهرسة والتصنيف
ورقم الإيداع وتاريخه على ظهر صفحة عنوان المصنف وأما المصنفات من غير الكتب فيثبت رقم
الإيداع في أي مكان ظاهر من
المصنف.
