على كل مطبعة أو جهة تتولى طبع المصنف أو نشره أو إنتاجه أو توزيعه في المملكة أن تقدم
كل ستة أشهر بيانا
بالمصنفات التي طبعتها أو نشرتها أو أنتجتها أو وزعتها وفق الأنموذج الذي يعده المركز لهذه
الغاية.
