Occupational Licensing within Greater Amman Municipality Law No. 11 of 2022
Article text
أ- على الشخص الذي يرغب في ممارسة المهنة ضمن حدود الأمانة الحصول على الرخصة أو
التصريح وفق أحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ب- يصدر المجلس تعليمات يحدد فيها المهن التي يجوز ممارستها ضمن حدود الأمانة بالتنسيق
مع الجهة المختصة ووفقاً لأحكام التشريعات ذات العلاقة، على أن تتضمن التعليمات ما يلي:-
1 - المهن ووصفها بما ينسجم مع تصنيف الأنشطة الاقتصادية.
2 - المهن التي تتطلب الانتساب الى الغرف التجارية
