Occupational Licensing within Greater Amman Municipality Law No. 11 of 2022
Article text
أ- تعفى الوزارات والدوائر الحكومية والمؤسسات الرسمية العامة والمؤسسات العامة
والبلديات والمنظمات والبعثات والهيئات الدولية والدبلوماسية والهيئات والطوائف الدينية من
الحصول على الرخصة ، إلا في حال قيامها بإنشاء شركة لممارسة المهن المحددة في
( التعليمات المشار إليها في الفقرة )ب( من المادة 4 ) من هذا القانون.
ب- تعفى الجهات التالية من الحصول على الرخصة أو التصريح إلا في حال ممارستها المهن
( المحددة في التعليمات المشار إليها في الفقرة )ب( من المادة 4 ) من هذا القانون:-
1 - الأحزاب السياسية.
2 - . النقابات العمالية والمهنية
3 - . الغرف التجارية والصناعية
4 - . الجمعيات الخيرية والتعاونية وجمعيات الأعمال والشركات التي لا تهدف الى تحقيق الربح
5 - . دور تحفيظ القران والمراكز والأندية والهيئات والدواوين ومن في حكمهم
6 - . أي جهة تم إعفاؤها بموجب قانونها من الحصول على الرخصة أو التصريح
