أ- يقدم طلب تجديد الرخصة الى رئيس البلدية او محاسب المالية على النموذج المقرر خلال
شهري كانون الثاني وشباط من
السنة وللوزير تمديد هذه المدة لشهر واحد على الاكثر اذا رأى ضرورة لذلك.
ب- اذا لم يقدم طلب تجديد الرخصة خلال الفترة المحددة بالفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة وقبل
انتهاء أي مهلة اخرى مددت تلك
الفترة اليها يستوفى من طالب التجديد:-
1 - رسم الرخصة كاملا.
2 ( - مبلغ اضافي يعادل 50 . ) من رسم الرخصة %
