Article text
أ- اذا غيرت شركة اسمها دون تغيير المهنة التي تمارسها فيستمر مفعول الرخصة الى ان تنتهي
مدتها.
ب- اذا كانت الرخصة صادرة باسم شخص او اشخاص وانضم الى المحل اشخاص آخرون او
انسحب منه بعض الاشخاص فتستمر ممارسة
المهنة باسماء الاشخاص الذين صدرت الرخصة لهم الى ان تنتهي مدتها.
ج- اذا توفي شخص حصل على رخصة يجوز لورثته او لاحدهم ممارسة المهنة وتستمر الرخصة
حتى انتهاء مدتها ثم تجدد وفق احكام
هذا القانون.
