Article text
أ- يعمل بالرخصة لمدة سنة واحدة اعتباراً من اليوم الأول من شهر كانون الثاني من كل سنة
وينتهي العمل بها في اليوم
الحادي والثلاثين من شهر كانون الأول من تلك السنة وذلك بغض النظر عن التاريخ الذي صدرت
فيه خلالها.
ب- يستوفى رسم الرخصة كاملاً اذا صدرت خلال النصف الاول من السنة ويستوفى نصف ذلك
الرسم اذا صدرت في أي وقت من النصف
الثاني من السنة.
