( عند اصدار الرخصة تستوفى عنها الرسوم بمقتضى الجدول 1 ) الملحق بهذا القانون ووفقاً
للقواعد والأسس التالية:
أ- رسم الفئة الأولى - يستوفى من المكلفين في مناطق بلديات مراكز المحافظات والألوية.
ب-رسم الفئة الثانية يستوفى من المكلفين في مناطق البلديات الاخرى والاماكن الواقعة
خارجها 0
ج-للوزير نقل أي بلدية او منطقة بلدية او أي اماكن واقعة خارجها من فئة الى اخرى ? 0
د-على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرتين (أ) و (ب) من هذه المادة ، للوزير تقسيم البلدية الواحدة ?
الى مناطق يحددها ويحدد فئة أي منها لغايات استيفاء
الرسوم المنصوص عليهـــا في هاتين الفقرتين 0
