أ- يقدم طلب الحصول على الرخصة الى رئيس البلدية على النموذج المقرر مرفقاً بالمستندات
والبيانات المطلوبة وذلك قبل
البدء بممارسة المهنة فعلا ً. وعلى رئيس البلدية ان يصدر قرارا بالموافقة على الطلب اذا كان
مستوفياً للشروط المنصوص
عليها في هذا القانون خلال شهر واحد من تاريخ تقديم الطلب.
ب- تحقيقاً لغايات هذه المادة تعتبر بداية ممارسة المهنة بالنسبة لمتعهدي اقلام البلدية من
التاريخ المحدد بمباشرة
تنفيذ التعهد.
ج- اذا لم يقدم طلب الحصول على الرخصة قبل ممارسة المهنة وفقاً لاحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه
المادة يستوفى مع رسم الرخصة
( من المخالف غرامة مالية تعادل 35 ) من رسم الرخصة. %
