أ- تعتبر الرخصة صالحة لتعاطي المهنة في الموقع المحدد في الرخصة ويجوز بموافقة رئيس
البلدية نقل المحل الى موقع آخر
لممارسة تلك المهنة فيه على ان يدفع صاحب المحل رسماً يعادل 10 من رسم الرخصة. %
ب- يحق لاي شخص بموافقة رئيس البلدية تغيير نوع المهنة التي يمارسها في المحل خلال
السنة ويشترط في ذلك:-
1 - ان تكون المهنة من المهن المسموح بممارستها في موقع المحل.
2 - ان يدفع الفرق في الرسم بين المهنتين على الا يقل هذا الرسم عن دينارين في أي حالة من
