الاوراق التي ينظمها اصحابها ويصدق عليها الكاتب العدل او قناصل المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية
يقتصر توثيقها بتثبيت التاريخ والتوقيع عليها دون ان يشمل التوثيق صحة محتوياتها ولا يشمل
