الامضاء الذي يوقع بالنيابة عن شركة او شخص معنوي او بالوكالة عن عدة اشخاص والامضاءات
المتعددة الموقعة على سندات
الكفالة المتسلسلة التي يقدمها الاهالي في الالتزامات والاستقراضات تعتبر كلها بمثابة
الامضاء الواحد.
