Article text
التفريق لإباء الإسلام والردة
أ- إذا كان الزوجان غير مسلمين وأسلما معاً فزواجهما باق.
ب- إذا أسلم الزوج وحده وزوجته كتابية فالزواج باق وإن كانت غير كتابية عرض عليها الإسلام فإن
أسلمت أو صارت كتابية بقي الزواج وإن أبت فسخ الزواج.
ج- إذا أسلمت الزوجة وحدها يعرض الإسلام على الزوج فإن أسلم بقي الزواج وإن أبى فسخ
الزواج.
د- يمهل من أبى تسعين يوماً من تاريخ عرض الإسلام عليه إذا كان عاقلاً فإن لم يكن كذلك
فسخ العقد في الحال.
