( مع مراعاة أحكام المادة 152 ) من هذا القانون إذا أسند الزوج طلاق زوجته إلى زمن سابق فإن
صدقته الزوجة أو أقيمت بينة على علمها به فيكون مبتدأ استحقاقها لنفقة العدة من التاريخ
السابق المسند إليه الطلاق وإن أكذبته ولم تقم بينة على علمها به فيكون مبتدأ استحقاقها
النفقة من تاريخ إقراره بالطلاق .
