Article text
أ- ليس للمرأة التي توفي عنها زوجها نفقة عدة سواء أكانت حاملا ً أم غير
حامل.
ب- على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة للمتوفى عنها زوجها
المدخول بها السكنى في بيت الزوجية مدة العدة إذا كان الْمَسْكَنُ لِلْمَي ِّتِ
إِم َّا بِمِلْكٍ أَو بِمَنْفَعَـةٍ مُؤَقَتةٍ، أَوْ بِإِجارَةٍ مدفوع بدلها قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ .
