للإخوة لأم والأخوات لأم اربعة أحوال :-
أ- السدس إذا كان واحداً ذكراً كان أو أنثى .
ب- الثلـث للاثنين فأكثر ذكورهم وإناثهم في القسمة سواء .
ج- يحجبون مع الفرع الوارث مطلقاً والأصل الوارث المذكر .
د- يشارك الأخ الشقيق أو الإخوة الأشقاء (بالانفراد أو مع أخت شقيقة أو أكثر) الإخوة والأخوات لأم
إذا كانوا اثنين فأكثر في الثلث وذلك إذا استغرقت الفروض التركة، ذكورهم وإناثهم في
القسمة سواء .
