- للأخوات لأب سبعة أحوال :-
أ- النصف للواحدة إذا انفردت .
ب- الثلثان للاثنتين فأكثر .
ج- السدس للواحدة فأكثر مع الأخت الشقيقة الواحدة .
د- التعصيب مع الأخ لأب بالتفاضل للذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين.
( هـ- الباقي بالتعصيب مع الغير وفق أحكام الفقرة ) ج ( من المادة 297 ) من هذا القانون.
و- يحجبن بالأب و بالابن وابن الابن وإن نزل وبالأخ الشقيق وبالشقيقة إن كانت مع بنات الصلب
أو مع بنات الابن.
ز- يحجبن بالأختين الشقيقتين إذا لم يكن معهن عاصب.
