أ. تسري أحكام هذا القانون على جميع الدعاوى التي لم يفصل فيها من المحكمة الابتدائية
الشرعية.
ب- حوادث الطلاق التي وقعت قبل نفاذ هذا القانون واتصل بها حكم أو قرار سجل لدى
المحكمة لا تشملها أحكام هذا القانون
أما إذا وقعت قبل نفاذه ولم تقترن بحكم أو قرار مسجل تطبق عليها أحكام هذا القانون ولو
كانت أسباب تلك الدعاوي متحققة قبل صدوره.
