على الرغم مما ورد في المادة ( 326 ) من هذا القانون لا تسري أحكام هذا القانون على
حوادث الوفاة السابقة على تاريخ نفاذه
وإن لم يقترن بها حكم أو قرار وتسري عليها التشريعات النافذة وقت الوفاة.
