Article text
أ- يتولى المجلس المهام والصلاحيات التالية:-
1 - اقتراح السياسة العامة لحماية المستهلك.
2 - اقتراح السياسة العامة لتنسيق العمل بين الجهات التي تمارس المهام ذات العلاقة بحماية
. المستهلك
3 - المساهمة مع الجهات الرسمية في تطوير مستوى الإعلام بهدف توعية المستهلك وتثقيفه
. بحقوقه بصفته مستهلكا
4 - إبداء الرأي في مشروعات التشريعات المرتبطة بحماية المستهلك التي يحيلها إليه الوزير.
5 . - تقديم التوصيات المرتبطة بحماية المستهلك
6 . - المساهمة في وضع السياسة العامة لتحسين جودة السلع والخدمات
7 . - أي مهام أخرى يكلفه بها الوزير
ب- يرفع المجلس السياسات العامة المقترحة والتوصيات التي يتبناها إلى مجلس الوزراء للبت
بها .
