Article text
أ- يجوز تشكيل اتحاد جمعيات حماية المستهلك وفقاً
للتشريعات النافذة .
ب- يهدف اتحاد جمعيات حماية المستهلك إلى ما يلي:-
1 - تنسيق جهود الجمعيات في تقديم خدماتها والقيام
. بأنشطتها
2 - رعاية مصالح الجمعيات وتعزيز العلاقة بينها.
3 . - تمثيل الجمعيات لدى الجهات الرسمية وغير الرسمية
4 . - الإسهام في ترشيد الاستهلاك
5 . - تعزيز العلاقة بين المستهلك والمزود والجمعيات
6 - تعزيز التعاون مع جمعيات حماية المستهلك العربية
. والإقليمية والدولية
