Article text
يكون المزود مسؤولا عن الضرر الناجم عن السلعة أو
الخدمة المعيبة باستثناء أي من الحالتين التاليتين:-
أ- إذا لم يقم بوضع السلعة أو الخدمة للتداول.
ب- إذا وقع الضرر بسبب خطأ المتضرر أو لسبب لا علاقة
للمزود به.
