Article text
أ- ما لم يرد نص على عقوبة أشد في أي تشريع آخر نافذ، يعاقب كل من يخالف أي حكم من
( أحكام هذا القانون أو الأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضاه بغرامة لا تقل عن 250 ) مائتين وخمسين دينارا
( ولا تزيد على 10000 ) عشرة الآف دينار أو بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر أو بكلتا هاتين
العقوبتين.
ب- في حال تكرار المخالفة للمحكمة منع المزود من ممارسة النشاط موضوع المخالفة بشكل
دائم أو مؤقت.
