Article text
أ- على المزود تأمين خدمات ما بعد البيع وبصورة خاصة
خدمات الصيانة وقطع الغيار اللازمة للسلع أو الخدمات
التي تتطلب طبيعتها ذلك أو التحقق من أنه تم تأمينها
سواء كان ذلك مقابل بدل يدفعه المستهلك أو دون
مقابل.
ُ ب- ت حدد مدة التزام المزود بتأمين خدمات ما بعد البيع أو قطع الغيار لكل سلعة أو خدمة بموجب
تعليمات يصدرها الوزير لهذه الغاية ما لم يتفق على خلاف ذلك ويكون الالتزام لمدة تتناسب
وطبيعة السلعة أو الخدمة.
