حقوق الموظف المنتهية خدمته
يحرم الموظف من حقوقه المالية وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام إذا انتهت أو أُنهيت خدمته في أي من
الحالات التالية: -
أ- العزل من الوظيفة.
ب- فقد الوظيفة.
ج- فقد الجنسية الأردنية .
