الفصل الثاني
الاحكام الخاصة بالخدة المدنية
يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا الفصل المعاني المخصصة لها أدناه ما
لم تدل القرينة على غير ذلك:-
الفئة: مجموعة من الوظائف ذوات درجات ورواتب ومواصفات ومسؤوليات محددة بمقتضى
أحكام هذا الفصل.
الدرجة: مستوى وظيفي متدرج ضمن الفئة الواحدة ذات رواتب وسنوات ومواصفات محددة وفق
أحكام هذا الفصل.
الراتب الأساسي: الراتب الشهري الذي يستحقه الموظف ويتقاضاه مقابل قيامه بمهام وظيفته
التي يشغلها ولا يشمل العلاوات من أي نوع كانت.
الراتب الأساسي الإجمالي: الراتب الأساسي مضافا إليه علاوة غلاء المعيشة.
الراتب الإجمالي: الراتب الأساسي الإجمالي مضافا إليه العلاوات الشهرية المحددة جميعها
بموجب أحكام هذا الفصل.
