أ - يتم فرز الطلبات وتدقيقها من قبل لجنة يشكلها المرجع المختص لهذه الغاية ويتم إعداد
محضر يبين أسماء أصحاب الطلبات المطابقة لشروط إشغال الوظيفة والطلبات غير المطابقة
لها.
( ب- تنشر الدائرة نتائج فرز الطلبات على الرابط المحدد في البند 3 ) ( من الفقرة )أ( من المادة 12 )
من هذا النظام وتمكن أصحاب الطلبات غير المطابقة من الاعتراض خلال ثلاثة أيام عمل من
تاريخ نشر النتائج وبالبريد الإلكتروني الذي تحدده لهذه الغاية.
ج- تتولى الوحدة التنظيمية المعنية بالموارد البشرية والتطوير المؤسسي في الدائرة النظر
في الاعتراضات المقدمة واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة بشأنها والرد عليها خلال اسبوع من تاريخ
تقديم الاعتراض من خلال البريد الإلكتروني للشخص المعترض.
