اعتبارا من تاريخ نفاذ أحكام هذا النظام ، تحل عبارة (نظام إدارة الموارد البشرية في القطاع
العام) محل عبارة (نظام الخدمة المدنية) حيثما ورد النص عليها في أي تشريع آخر ما لم تدل
القرينة في ذلك التشريع على خلاف ذلك.
